Paris Junior College Dragons softball player Jessica Branam of Irving, Texas, has signed to continue her education and playing career at Ouachita Baptist University.
Branam plays third base for the Dragons.
“I’ve had a great year with my PJC softball family," Branam said. "I'm going to miss them so much. Definitely taking our quote ‘adapt and overcome’ with me to OBU.”
“Jessica is a talented and hard-working young lady who is going to do big things at OBU,” said Dragons Head Coach Nicole Dickson. "Jess has had a great year hitting lead-off for the dragons this season with an average of .335, and has done a solid job at third base on defense. She has a great career ahead of her."
