The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), in conjunction with the City of Irving, proposes extending Conflans Road at its western end from State Highway 161 (SH 161) to Valley View Lane. As a result, TxDOT will hold a public meeting from 6 to 8 p.m. Jan. 17 at Irving City Hall, 825 W. Irving Blvd., to discuss and receive public comments on the proposed project. The meeting will be held in an open house format with no formal presentation in the City Council Chambers.
Representatives from TxDOT, the City of Irving and project consultants will be available to answer questions about proposed improvements for this project, and maps and project information will be available at the meeting. The information also will be available for inspection from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday, at the TxDOT Dallas District Office, 4777 E. Highway 80, Mesquite, TX 75150, as well as online at KeepItMovingDallas.com, under the Upcoming Public Hearing/Meeting header.
The public meeting will be conducted in English.
