The best women golfers in the world will be in Irving at Las Colinas Country Club April 26-30 for Volunteers of America Texas Shootout. This is the only LPGA tournament in Texas and a must-see event – as it attracts the world’s 144 top players and an international television broadcast on the Golf Channel.

The tournament is showcasing an elite field of players including most of the Rolex Rankings’ top 20 players: Ariya Jutanugarn (Thailand), Lydia Ko (New Zealand), Brooke M. Henderson (Canada), In Gee Chun (Korea), Shanshan Feng (China), Sei Young Kim (Korea), Anna Nordqvist (Sweden), Ha-Na Jang (Korea), Brittany Lang (USA), So Yeon Ryu (Korea), Minjee Lee (Australia), Amy Yang (Korea), Stacy Lewis (USA), Mirim Lee (Korea), Lexi Thompson (USA) and Gerina Piller (USA).

“This is the fifth year for the City of Irving to host the Volunteers of America Texas Shootout and we’re appreciative for their enthusiastic partnership,” said Tournament Director Kristy Nutt. “North Texas is a big draw for golf and it speaks volumes to an international audience about Irving’s support of female professional athletes.”
