The MacArthur boys’ tennis team won first at district. KeVon Webb won first in singles while the team of Andrew Hernandez and Isaiah Crane won gold in boys’ doubles.
The Nimitz girls’ team finished second, led by the second-place girls’ doubles duo of Madison Gomez and Olive Alexander. The Nimitz mixed doubles team of Binit Shah and Hannah Garudno also advanced to regionals with a second-place finish at district.
The regional tennis competition is April 18 and April 19 at the Arlington Tennis Center.
