H-E-B, the San Antonio-based retailer, has unveiled its latest addition to the DFW Metroplex with the opening of the H-E-B Alliance store in north Tarrant County. This marks the fifth H-E-B store in the area, further solidifying the company's commitment to serving DFW shoppers.
Located at 3451 Heritage Trace Parkway in Far North Fort Worth, the 125,000-square-foot H-E-B Alliance joins other recently opened stores in Frisco, Plano, McKinney, and Allen. It features various amenities and innovations, including a True Texas BBQ restaurant with a drive-thru, a full-service H-E-B Pharmacy with a drive-thru, and a Texas Backyard department offering outdoor essentials.
In addition to in-store shopping, H-E-B Alliance offers digital services such as H-E-B Curbside and Home Delivery, providing customers with convenient options for ordering and receiving their products.
Emphasizing environmental sustainability, the store incorporates energy-efficient features like CO2 refrigeration units and LED lighting, along with extensive native landscaping.
Employing about 750 Partners, most of whom are local residents, H-E-B aims to reflect the unique character of the community it serves. As part of its Spirit of Giving philosophy, H-E-B commemorated the store's grand opening with $20,000 in donations to CASA of Tarrant County and the Humane Society of North Texas.
The Alliance opening follows H-E-B's expansion efforts in the DFW area, with additional stores planned in Mansfield, Melissa, Prosper, and Rockwall. Moreover, construction has commenced on two Joe V’s Smart Shop by H-E-B stores in Dallas, marking the brand's expansion beyond the Houston area.
With over 430 stores and 155,000 Partners in Texas and Mexico, H-E-B continues to be a significant economic driver, expanding its presence in North Texas and beyond while maintaining its commitment to quality, innovation, and community support.
