On July 9, 2024, at approximately 2:45 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting in the 11500 block of Plano Road in the Audelia area. Upon arrival, officers discovered an unidentified woman shot in a parking lot. Dallas Fire Rescue personnel pronounced her deceased at the scene.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office will assist in identifying the victim. As of now, there is no information available regarding suspects involved in the incident.

UPDATE: On July 9, 2024, 32-year-old Yons Alshabli was arrested for Murder in this incident. His bond has been set at $1 million.
