Irving-Las Colinas Chamber Board Chairwoman Jo Ann Goin welcomed guests to the grand opening ceremony. City council members Rick Stopfer, Mike Galloway and Lewis Patrick attended, as well as city staffers Tommy Gonzalez and Teresa Adrian.
Several chamber officials and ambassadors attended this event, including chamber president Chris Wallace.
