The lunch buffet items vary, but include dishes such as hummus, babaganoush,  tabouli, a variety of soups and salads, fried eggplant,  cauliflower, and other hot vegetables, , chicken and beef sauté, chicken curry baked fish, gyro and doner kebab, among others.  It is served Monday-Friday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Dinner and weekends feature a full menu of hot and cold appetizers, beef, lamb and chicken entrees, and desserts such as fresh baklava, rice pudding and kazandibi, which is a Turkish flan.   A patio offers al fresco dining.  Both the buffet and the a la carte offer many vegetarian options.

Owner Kemal Cenkci, who previously owned and operated Mediterranean and Turkish restaurants in San Antonio and Northern Virginia, emphasizes that his dishes are authentic and "made from scratch” fresh.  "We make all our menu items right in our kitchen," he said, "from the baklava and other desserts to the falafel to the hummus and soups.  We also have both the gyro, which is well known and loved across the country, and  the authentic Turkish Doner Kebab--one of the few in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The menu items are as simple as chicken shish kebab or as complex and layered as our Iskender Kebab, a Turkish specialty dish."

"Zeytin" means "olive" in Turkish. Zeytin Mediterranean Grill is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
