A local investor has bought View Pointe Apartments, an 85-unit apartment complex at 2700 Grauwyler Road in Irving for an undisclosed sum. 168 Realty Group I LLC bought the property from foreclosure and plans to re-position the apartment complex to improve its condition. Todd Franks and Sam Pettigrew of The Cantrell Co., represented the seller, LaSalle 2006-MF4 View Pointe Holdings LLC.
