Located in Waterway Tower in the heart of Las Colinas, the new office houses both its real estate and property management divisions, which were previously located in separate offices in Southlake and Dallas.
Steve Shrum, co-managing partner for Glacier Commercial Realty, attributes the company’s recent growth to its long-term strategy and investment in experienced brokers, which allows them to provide total solutions and quick response.
