The Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce is informing the community about three new businesses are soon to arrive to Irving city limits.
Wells Fargo Home Mortgage: The nation’s biggest home lender, will open a new mortgage operations center in Irving 250 E. John Carpenter. This will create up to 450 new job opportunities for Irving residents.
Acoustical Solutions: This Richmond, VA company will be opening a branch office, its first in the United States, at 400 E. Royal Lane. Acoustical Solutions, Inc. offers the industry’s most comprehensive selection of noise control and soundproofing products, including a full line of indoor and outdoor industrial, commercial, environmental, and architectural noise control products. David Ingersoll will be relocating from Richmond to open the office in early March. The company will be hiring several local employees.
FROYO SMOO-LICOUS Yogurt Shop: Local resident and civic leader, Cynthia Jackson, will be opening the Froyo Smoo-Licious Yogurt Shop in Las Colinas in the center with Tom Thumb on MacArthur near Northgate. The shop will provide a relaxed atmosphere with wifi capability for the business and residential community. An opening date has not been set, but they are beginning to hire employees. This will ultimately become a franchise opportunity.
