Cody Luttrell Named One Irving Athlete of the Month

Irving High School Senior Cody Luttrell has excelled both on and off the athletic field and that success has earned him the inaugural One Irving High School Athlete of the Month award. Luttrell in 30 innings pitched thus far has a .93 ERA. However, his most impressive stat is that he currently ranks within the top 10% of his class academically. Cody is an Academic All-District selection and has received a $12,000 academic scholarship to Abilene Christian. He's also involved in several community activities such as Project Adoption and has served as a summer youth camp counselor.
