An Irving company that’s enjoying increased business is moving its headquarters to Las Colinas. New Leaf Service Contracts has rented more than 10,500 square feet in the Tower on Lake Carolyn office building in the Las Colinas Urban Center.
The company, which provides service contracts for appliances, equipment and other items, previously had its office in the DFW Freeport project off State Highway 114. Kyle Jacobs, managing director with Rubicon Representation LLC, said New Leaf just signed a 10-year lease for its new digs
