In a significant operation, the Irving Police Department's patrol division officers executed a narcotics investigation resulting in the seizure of substantial quantities of illegal substances, firearms, and cash from an Irving residence.
The law enforcement team uncovered approximately 12 ounces of cocaine, along with a staggering 3 pounds of marijuana. Further discoveries included nearly 3 ounces of THC products, just over 1 ounce of psychedelic mushrooms, and a Glock handgun. In addition to the illegal substances and firearm, the officers found more than $2,000 in cash, scales commonly used in drug distribution, and an array of distribution baggies.
