McKesson Appoints Crystal Lennartz as President of Health Mart and Health Mart Atlas

McKesson Corporation has announced the appointment of Crystal Lennartz, Pharm.D., MBA, as the President of Health Mart® and Health Mart Atlas™. In her new role, Lennartz will concentrate on enhancing the overall health of Health Mart and Health Mart Atlas pharmacy members, aiming to elevate their significance in people's lives.

With over two decades of experience in managed care, clinical services, pharmacy operations, strategy, and business development, Lennartz is recognized as a highly accomplished pharmacist, healthcare leader, and advocate.

Scott Miller, President of Strategic, Community, and Specialized Pharmacy at McKesson, praised Lennartz as a formidable and proven leader, emphasizing her dedication to fostering innovation and prosperity within the pharmacy industry. Miller expressed confidence in Lennartz's ability to lead Health Mart towards a bright future.

Lennartz, who initially began her career as a pharmacist, has been part of McKesson for over ten years, holding various positions of increasing responsibility. In her most recent role as Vice President & General Manager, Health Mart Atlas & Atlas Specialty, Lennartz successfully led Health Mart Atlas to become the largest and top-performing Pharmacy Services Administrative Organization (PSAO) in the market. Her achievements also include the development and implementation of Atlas Specialty, extending support to specialty pharmacies.

A graduate of Drake University with a Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration, Lennartz has completed an APhA-ASHP Accredited Residency in Pharmacy Practice with an emphasis in Community Care.

Expressing her commitment to the vital role pharmacies play in community health, Lennartz affirmed her dedication to ensuring Health Mart supports pharmacies in delivering profit-driving healthcare solutions. In her new position, she aims to advocate for pharmacies, patients, and policies, empowering pharmacy teams to prioritize patient care.
