The Plano Police Department has been conducting compliance checks at Golden Feet Spa (2050 W Spring Creek Parkway, Suite 139, Plano, Collin County, Texas) following reports of human trafficking and prostitution.
Since April 2022, two arrests have been made by Plano Police Detectives at Golden Feet Spa, on February 14, 2023, and April 9, 2024, leading to criminal charges forwarded to the Collin County District Attorney’s Office. Yingchun Jiang, 51, pleaded guilty to prostitution on December 1, 2023, while Guizhen He, 42, faces pending charges in Collin County Court.
In a separate case, Guizhen He was convicted on June 5, 2024, for acting as a massage therapist without a license.
The Plano Police Department remains steadfast in its commitment to combatting human trafficking, prostitution, and related offenses, utilizing all legal means to protect the community and hold offenders accountable. Ongoing investigations are part of a broader city-wide effort aimed at addressing illicit activities in massage establishments, with further legal actions expected in the near future.
