Man Found Guilty of Murdering Landlord; Sentenced to 25 Years

In a case brought before the court, Olantunde Adepegda, 31, was found guilty of murdering his landlord. The incident occurred after the landlord caught Adepegda attempting to break into the duplex where other tenants resided. Adepegda shot the landlord 11 times before retreating to his own side of the duplex and acting as if nothing had happened.
