Irving City Council to Adopt FY25 Budget on September 12, Public Hearings Scheduled for August 29 and September 5

The Irving City Council is set to adopt the Fiscal Year 2024-25 (FY25) proposed budget on September 12. Public hearings regarding the budget and tax rate will be held on August 29 and September 5 at 7 p.m. at City Hall, located at 825 W. Irving Blvd.

The FY25 proposed budget keeps the current tax rate at $0.5891 per $100 taxable value. It aims to fund essential city operations and maintenance projects while remaining structurally balanced. The budget continues to support the services and programs available to Irving residents.
