Dallas Police Investigating Fatal Shooting in Wolf Creek Area

Dallas, TX – On September 7, 2025, at approximately 1:10 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting in the 7500 block of Chaucer Place in the Wolf Creek area.

Preliminary investigation indicates that 27-year-old Eiver Valecillos was shot by 28-year-old Victor Reyes-Valbuena Najera. Valecillos was pronounced dead at the scene by Dallas Fire-Rescue.

An arrest warrant for murder has been issued for Reyes-Valbuena. The investigation remains active under case number 128848-2025.
