Ranchview wraps up dual meet season on
Ranchview's aquatic team closed out the 2010-2011 swimming & diving dual meet season with Cedar Hill, Grand Prairie, South Grand Prairie and DeSoto at the C-FB natatorium over the long weekend.
The girls' team, led by a 3rd place finish from Shelby Santoscoy in the 100 Fly, picked up two victories over Grand Prairie (60-0) and DeSoto (56-35), while losing to Cedar Hill (89-35) and South Grand Prairie (110-49) to finish the season with a record of 35-28 including invitational meets.
David Lee was the top male performer, grabbing 4th in the 100 Breast, as the boys' team managed to beat Grand Prairie (45-20), but lost to Cedar Hill (94-38), DeSoto (63-40) and South Grand Prairie (134-27).
The 9th "Athlete of the Week" is Lauren Naylor for a great week of tough training and one personal best performance in the competition
