Custodian Arrested at Allen Middle School for Online Solicitation of a Minor

Jason James Giuliani, 47, was arrested on February 24, 2025, by the Denton County Sheriff’s Office Human Trafficking Unit on a felony charge of Online Solicitation of a Minor.

The arrest followed an undercover operation in which Giuliani believed he was communicating with a 15-year-old female, discussing sexual acts and sending explicit photographs electronically.

During the investigation, it was discovered that Giuliani was working as a contracted custodian at Curtis Middle School in Allen, Texas. With the cooperation of the Allen Independent School District and the Allen Police Department, Giuliani was arrested at the school by the Denton County Sheriff’s Office. He was subsequently booked into the Denton County Jail.
